These full-bodied beans are naturally aromatic, opening with delicate florals and vibrant fruit notes. After roasting, the coffee is carefully rested and infused using authentic Scotch whiskey extract, allowing the barrel’s character to enhance—not mask—the coffee’s natural expression.
In the cup, florals lead the way, followed by a juicy, tropical fruit core. Subtle notes of cream, toffee and tangerine round out the finish, giving the coffee balance and structure while keeping it bright and lively. The whiskey influence is refined, aromatic and balanced.
